The Victron Orion-Tr 12/24-5 (MPN ORI122410110) is an isolated DC DC voltage converter and ensures a regulated direct voltage and thus trouble-free operation of your DC consumers. The device converts the DC input voltage (8-17V) into an adjustable output voltage (20-30V) and delivers a constant continuous current of 5A, which corresponds to an output of 120W. This means you can supply every 12V consumer with exactly the right voltage. For many sensitive electronic devices, maintaining the exact operating voltage is essential for flawless function. The Orion-Tr 12/24-5 can also be connected in parallel with identical devices and has a remote-controlled on/off switch.

The remote on/off connection eliminates the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring. The remote on/off connection can be controlled with a power-saving switch or by the motor's run/stop switch (see manual).
