The delivery time is shown on each product page; for items in stock it is usually 7 to 14 working days. Processing usually takes 24 hours, in rare cases 48 hours.

Items marked “On order” are ordered from the manufacturer only after your purchase, so delivery may be delayed. Freight items are delivered by appointment and may take longer.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you order several items with different delivery times, we ship them in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Our pickup warehouse is located at Raiffeisenstr. 8, 97209 Veitshöchheim, Germany.

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, provided they are in an original, resale condition.

We constantly work on packing our products perfectly so that they arrive undamaged. Should you nevertheless notice any damage, simply send us an email at kontakt@energie24.shop and we will arrange a quick replacement.
