Shipping methods and delivery times
- Standard shipping: 7-14 working days
- International shipping: 7-14 working days
- Freight shipping (forwarder): 7-14 working days
If a different delivery time is stated in our offer, we usually ship the goods within Germany between 2 and 5
days after conclusion of the contract. This also applies if advance payment has been agreed, in which case the time of your payment instruction is decisive
.
Please note that no deliveries take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, shipping takes place in one consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you
. In such a case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Order value of €39.00 and more: 2 to 4 working days FREE OF CHARGE (except for freight shipments)

5kg–10kg: 7 to 14 working days, €7.50
10kg–31.50kg: 7 to 14 working days, €14.50
Freight shipping (forwarder):
31.5kg–50kg: 7 to 14 working days, €59.00
50kg - 100kg: 7 to 14 working days, €89
100kg and more: 7 to 14 working days, €149.00

Our delivery areas follow the DHL zones across Europe.
We deliver across Europe up to and including ZONE 4 with DHL International PREMIUM.

Processing time
The processing time is usually 24 hours, in rare cases 48 hours.
Tracking
Consignments of up to 31.50kg are shipped with DHL Warenpost and DHL Paket.
