Cancellation policy & return guidelines
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial program or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must (NeueEnergie24 GmbH, Raiffeisenstr. 8, 97209 Veitshöchheim) by means of a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but this is not prescribed.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of this contract has been received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with them; Under no circumstances will you be charged for fees for this repayment.
You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract, to send or hand over to us. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.

Return guidelines
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return period of total 30 days. This extended return option does not affect your legal rights.
1. Extended return period
We grant you a voluntary return option of 30 days from receiving the goods. This means that even after the legal 14-day cancellation period has expired, you can send the goods back to us within a total of 30 days, provided that they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
The extended return conditions apply to the following goods:
- Unopened and undamaged products in the original packaging.
- Products that have not been individually made for you or personalized.
2. Exclusions from the extended right of return
The following products are excluded from the extended return period:
- Articles that were made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods that were inseparable from other goods after the delivery due to their nature.
- Shipments/orders outside of Germany

Enter the order number, the product and the reason for the return. After receiving your return request, you will receive a confirmation and further instructions for return.
The goods must be returned at the latest 30 days after receipt of the goods.
4. Return costs
- Within the legal cancellation period of 14 days, we take over the return costs if the goods are incorrect or poor.
- For returns within the extended 30-day return period, the customer bears the immediate costs of the return.
5. Refunds
As soon as we have recovered and checked the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price via the payment method originally used within 7 days. For returns outside the 14-day cancellation period, we only reimburse goods for unused and original packaging.
6. Loss of value of the goods
Please note that you are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a non -necessary handling of the goods, which goes beyond checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
