Betteri Schuko cable for balcony power plants
With a Betteri Schuko cable you connect the microinverter of your balcony power plant (plug-in solar system) to the socket. The collection is intended for owners of plug-in solar systems who want to replace, extend or newly equip a connection cable.
Plug compatibility is the first thing to consider: the cable must match the output of your inverter. Then choose the length needed between inverter and socket. Also note the applicable requirements for connecting plug-in solar systems, which may change.
Our range includes two models from the Betteri brand, sold under Solarion: the BC01 as a connection cable with female connector to Schuko and the BC05 for Hoymiles HMS and Growatt Neo inverters.
Accessories of this kind are inconspicuous but safety-relevant: only use cables intended for the purpose and check the cable occasionally for damage. Outdoors, connections should also be laid so that they are protected from moisture and direct weather.

Does the cable fit my inverter?
The BC05 is explicitly specified for Hoymiles HMS and Growatt Neo, the BC01 for Betteri connections. For other devices, ask us beforehand to avoid wrong purchases.
Which length should I choose?
Measure the distance from the inverter to the socket and allow some reserve. A cable that is too long does not get any worse, but one that is too short cannot be extended. The available lengths are listed in the variants.
May I replace the cable myself?
Plugging in matching connectors is common with plug-in solar systems. Work on the house installation, such as fitting a new outdoor socket, belongs in the hands of a qualified electrician.
