Hoymiles: selection and advice
Hoymiles specialises in microinverters that regulate each panel individually. They are very common in balcony power plants and smaller roof systems.
Choose the number of inputs to match the number of panels and the output to match the panel. Matching panel and inverter is decisive, as is the grid type, single-phase or three-phase.
The range includes devices from the HMS and HMT series, accessories such as the DTU and further components. Inverters and accessories can be ordered separately.
Observe connection capacity and grid requirements: for plug-in solar systems a limit of 800 W generally applies, while larger devices are registered as a system. The DTU provides the connection for monitoring; whether your inverter has its own wireless interface is stated on the product page. Installation and grid connection belong in expert hands.
If you are expanding existing systems, have serial numbers and device type ready. Hoymiles devices are often combined with Betteri cables; you will find matching accessories in our cable and connector collections.
