Payment terms

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available to you in the online shop of NeueEnergie24 GmbH. Which of them are offered to you during checkout depends, among other things, on the delivery country, order value and currency. The payment methods will be shown to you at the latest at the start of the checkout process.

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
  • Other online payment methods: iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, MB WAY, MobilePay, Satispay, Twint, Alipay, WeChat Pay
  • Prepayment (bank transfer): If you choose this payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email. We deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Please transfer the invoice amount within 7 days.
  • Cash payment on collection: For collection by prior appointment, you can pay in cash or by card.

Payment service providers

Payments are processed via our shop system (Shopify) and the payment service providers you select in each case. You enter payment data exclusively in the encrypted checkout process or with the payment service provider you have selected. Information on the processing of your data can be found in our privacy policy.

Invoice and due date

The invoice amount becomes due upon completion of the order. You will receive the invoice in text form at the email address you provided.

Prices, VAT and shipping costs

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT, unless the variant "0 % VAT (§ 12 para. 3 UStG)" is selected for a photovoltaic product (only possible for photovoltaic products; for the requirements, see the notice on the product page and in the General Terms and Conditions), and plus any shipping costs. The shipping costs will be shown to you in the shopping cart and during checkout before you place your order; for details, see our shipping policy.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount to the payment method originally used (see Right of withdrawal).
