Liability for content

All content of our website has been created with the greatest care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 DDG (German Digital Services Act). However, under Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.

However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of the above-mentioned infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

Limitation of liability for external links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on the content of these directly or indirectly linked websites. We therefore cannot guarantee the accuracy of the content of these "external links". The respective providers or operators (authors) of the pages are responsible for the content of the external links. The external links were checked for possible legal infringements at the time the links were set and were free of unlawful content at that time. Continuous monitoring of the content of the external links is not possible without concrete indications of an infringement. In the case of direct or indirect links to third-party websites that lie outside our area of responsibility, liability would exist only if we become aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for us to prevent its use in the case of unlawful content. This disclaimer also applies to links and references set within the NeueEnergie24 GmbH website itself by those asking questions, in blog entries, or by guests of the discussion forum. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content, and in particular for damage arising from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, only the service provider of the page to which reference was made is liable, not the party who merely refers to the respective publication by means of links.

If we become aware of any infringements, the external links will be removed by us immediately.

Copyright

The content and works published on our website are subject to German copyright law (http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bundesrecht/urhg/gesamt.pdf(link is external)). Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation of the author's intellectual property, in both its ideal and material aspects, outside the limits of copyright law require the prior written consent of the respective author within the meaning of the Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz) (http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bundesrecht/urhg/gesamt.pdf(link is external) ). Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Where content on our website was not created by us, the copyrights of third parties must be observed. Third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we ask that you notify us accordingly. Upon becoming aware of infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
