Invoicing

Payment terms

Payment is due immediately after the order is placed. If payment is made by bank transfer, the amount must be transferred within 7 days, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order unilaterally.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellations or returns, the amount will be refunded according to our return policy.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be automatically refunded promptly after the cancellation process is completed.
In case of return, the amount will be refunded after receipt of the shipment and completion of the incoming goods inspection
