Right of withdrawal information & return policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial delivery or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NeueEnergie24 GmbH, Raiffeisenstr. 8, 97209 Veitshöchheim) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return period of a total of 30 days. This extended return option does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Extended return period
We grant you a voluntary return option of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This means that even after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you can return the goods to us within a total of 30 days, provided they are unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
The extended return conditions apply to the following goods:
- Unopened and undamaged products in the original packaging.
- Products that were not made to your individual specifications or personalised.
2. Exclusions from the extended right of return
The following products are excluded from the extended return period:
- Items made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, have by their nature been inseparably mixed with other items.
- Shipments/orders outside Germany

Please state the order number, the product and the reason for the return. After we receive your return request, you will receive a confirmation from us and further instructions for the return.
The goods must be returned no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods.
4. Return costs
- Within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, we bear the return costs if the goods are faulty or defective.
- For returns within the extended 30-day return period, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
5. Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund the purchase price using the originally used payment method within 7 days. For returns outside the 14-day withdrawal period, we only refund unused goods in their original packaging.
6. Diminished value of the goods
Please note that you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary and goes beyond examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
