The SMA manufacturer's warranty for these products is automatically extended to 10 YEARS from the commissioning of the product or the invoice date for the first warranty recipient if the warranty recipient registers the product on the SMA website ( www.my.Sma-Service.com/s/productregistration ) within 12 months of the commissioning of the product or the invoice date for the first warranty recipient and the commissioning of the product or the invoice date for the first warranty recipient occurred after April 1, 2021 (only applies to Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) or October 1, 2021 (worldwide). The option to purchase the FLEX warranty extension in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FLEX warranty extension is available to the warranty recipient until year 10 from the commissioning of the product or the invoicing of the first warranty recipient. SMA expressly reserves the right to grant the customer the ACTIVE/COMFORT/FLEX warranty extension after an initial inspection of the device to be insured.
