This Acti9 iCV40N modular residual voltage circuit breaker is a system circuit breaker equipped with earth fault protection. It is a 3P+N residual voltage circuit breaker with 3 protected poles and a connected neutral, a nominal current of 40 A and let-through current characteristic C. The earth fault protection class is type A-SI with earth fault sensitivity of 30 mA. The earth fault protection is triggered immediately and has no time delay. The Icn breaking capacity is 6000 A at 400 VAC according to EN/IEC 61009-2-1.
This residual voltage circuit breaker protects circuits against short circuits, overload currents, dangerous electric shocks and fire hazards. The two unique VisiTrip indicators reduce the time needed to find the tripped circuit breaker by clearly indicating it. The green VisiSafe indicators guarantee the physical opening of the contacts to enable downstream maintenance.
