The GoodWe SMT series (e.g. GW80K-SMT) is a range of three-phase string inverters for commercial and industrial applications with high power density and six MPPTs. It supports DC input overvoltage of up to 150% (up to 180% depending on the model) and thus allows an oversizing design to increase yield. For safety, the device protects on both the DC and AC side with surge protection (Type II), supplemented by optional functions such as AFCI. The device is weatherproof according to protection class IP66 and suitable for outdoor mounting. Communication takes place via interfaces such as RS485, WiFi, LAN or 4G and offers options for remote monitoring and control via GoodWe platforms. The inverter is designed for high efficiency (up to 98.6%) and large PV modules (182/210 mm), which makes it attractive for modern large-scale systems.
The GoodWe GW80K-SMT is a powerful three-phase string inverter with high safety standards, high efficiency and flexible PV string configuration. It is designed specifically for commercial PV systems and supports oversizing as well as modern communication functions.
