The Citel Ciplug String Box is specially designed for small to medium -sized solar systems. This box offers a solution to offer protection against overvoltages and tension tips on the direct current side. With its compact dimensions, the ciplug is ideal for roof installations in residential construction. The Ciplug String Box is equipped with pre-assembled PV cables with MC4 plugs, which ensures quick and easy installation. With its maximum system voltage (UCPV) of 1200 VDC, it is suitable for every common configuration and protects this PV box the MPP tracker of the inverter. Depending on the configuration, the ciplug meets the normative requirements for all types of buildings with or without an external lightning protection system to lightning protection class I (IIMP = 12.5 ka / pole (10/350)).
