The Victron Orion-Tr 12/24-5 (MPN Ori122410110) is an isolated DC DC voltage converter and ensures a regulated DC voltage and thus for the trouble-free operation of your DC consumers. The device converts the DC input voltage (8-17V) into a controllable output voltage (20-30V) and delivers a constant permanent current of 5A, which corresponds to an output of 120W. So you can supply every 12V consumer with exactly the right voltage. With many sensitive electronics devices, compliance with the exact operating tension is essential for an impeccable function. The Orion-TR 12/24-5 also dominates the parallel circuit with identical devices and has a remote-controllable on switch.

DC-DC DC converters of the Orion Family generate a clean output voltage in the range of 20-30V DC and the same possible line losses as well as fluctuations in battery voltage from a 12V power source.
Remote-controllable ON/OFF switches
Due to the remote control in/out connection, no high current switch in the input cabling is no longer necessary. The remote control in/out connection can be controlled with a power saving switch or by the run/stop switch of the engine (see manual).
