Description

The intelligent SmartShunt 500A from Victron Energy is a multifunction battery monitor that lets you view all information on your mobile phone or in the VictronConnect app. This gives you effortless access to all monitored battery parameters, including the state of charge, the remaining run time, history data and much more. You can alternatively connect the SmartShunt to a GX device, such as a Cerbo GX or the Color Control GX, and read out information from there. The connection is then made via a VE.Direct cable. The waterproof battery monitor is also an excellent option for BMV battery monitoring, especially in systems where battery monitoring is required but less wiring and clutter are desired.

Why battery monitoring?
