adaptive four-stage charging algorithm
With lead batteries, it is crucial to keep the constant voltage phase short during shallow discharges in order to prevent the battery from being overcharged. After a deep discharge, the constant voltage phase is automatically extended to ensure that the battery is fully charged. The Orion XS offers fully programmable charging algorithms as well as eight pre-programmed battery settings.
