Unless a different delivery period is stated in our offer, we usually ship the goods within Germany between 2 and 7
days after conclusion of the contract. This also applies if advance payment has been agreed, in which case the time of your payment instruction is decisive.

Please note that no deliveries take place on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, they will be shipped in one consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Our pickup warehouse is located at Raiffeisenstr. 8, 97209 Veitshöchheim, Germany.

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, provided they are in an original, resale condition.

We are constantly working to package our products perfectly so that they arrive undamaged. Should you nevertheless find any damage, simply send us an email at kontakt@energie24.shop and we will arrange a quick replacement.
