When will my order be delivered?
Standard shipping: 1-3 working days
International shipping: 3-10 working days

Unless a different delivery period is stated in our offer, we usually ship the goods within Germany between 2 and 7 days after conclusion of the contract. This also applies if advance payment has been agreed, in which case the time of your payment instruction is decisive.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, they will be shipped in one consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Can I also return my order?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of the delivery, provided they are in an original, resale condition.
