RFID reader supports user identification.
Load balancing standard , i.e. the charging station automatically divides the available power among the vehicles being charged. The charger analyzes the available capacity and how much power the vehicles need. The intelligent electronics in the ICU then distribute the power based on the maximum capacity of the connection. With this system, electric vehicles can always be charged, even if the installation has limited capacity. This means no expensive investments in a more powerful installation are necessary.
Smart Charging Network enables the integration of up to 100 single or 50 double-socket charge points at a single location. They communicate with each other in a non-hierarchical mesh network to ensure optimal load distribution at all times and to eliminate the dependence on a single master unit in order for the network to work correctly.
Backoffice E-Flux . Alfen charging stations can now also be ordered with the E-Flux eMobility platform. Through this integration, installing an Alfen charging station with the E-Flux eMobility platform becomes plug & play. After installation, the charging station is visible in the portal and the owner can set charging tariffs and view the charging sessions. Billing of the costs for guest consumption at the charging station is handled via the E-Flux eMobility platform, in this case via E-Flux. For Alfen charging stations that are already connected to ICU Connect as a backoffice, E-Flux can take over the billing of the charging sessions.
