The Victron Orion-Tr 48/12-9 (MPN ORI481210110) is an isolated DC DC voltage converter and ensures a regulated direct voltage and thus trouble-free operation of your DC consumers. The device converts the DC input voltage (32-70V) into an adjustable 12V output voltage (10-15V) and delivers a constant continuous current of 9A, which corresponds to an output of 110W. This means you can supply every 12V consumer with exactly the right voltage. For many sensitive electronic devices, maintaining the exact operating voltage is essential for flawless function. The Orion-Tr 48/12-9 can also be connected in parallel with identical devices and has a remote-controlled on/off switch.

DC-DC converters of the Orion family generate a clean output voltage in the range of 10 - 15V DC from a 48V power source and compensate for possible line losses as well as fluctuations in the battery voltage.
Remote control on/off switch
The remote on/off connection eliminates the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring. The remote on/off connection can be controlled with a power-saving switch or by the motor's run/stop switch (see manual).
Can be connected in parallel to increase the output current
An unlimited number of identical devices can be connected in parallel to increase the output power.
