Description
The Growatt 3PH hybrid inverter SPA 8000 BH-UP is an AC coupled hybrid inverter. It is a battery energy storage system connected to a PV system via alternating current (AC).
The Growatt SPA8000BH-UP inverter contains a DC and AC output of 8000 Wp. The inverter is suitable for both retrofits and new installations. The SPA inverter can be used with 3 different programs and is suitable for working with high-voltage batteries.
The SPA series is integrated in combination with a battery on the AC side. Any surplus AC energy generated is stored in a battery. This energy is reused later when the electricity price is higher. The energy is not fed back into the grid.
Safety & Installation
The SPA inverter has an IP65 rating, which allows for outdoor and indoor installation. The inverter does not contain a fan or transformer, which means it produces low noise and is very quiet, making the inverter suitable for both office buildings and residential buildings. Growatt offers an online service that reduces costs for installers and dealers. This is an efficient and smart solution to provide online services quickly and efficiently. Growat OSS works with Growatt's Shinephone app and web server.
The operating system not only helps in providing services, but also helps the inverter in fault detection and troubleshooting. This system allows to remotely update, repair the inverter, but it also analyzes data through the Growatt online service.

The Growatt SPA8000 has high battery efficiency so that energy can be stored during higher electricity prices and reused when needed. The inverter contains a lithium battery.
