Description
The Growatt MIC 3000TL-X(EU model) is a lightweight and small inverter for residential PV installations. The maximum DC voltage, starting voltage and rated voltage are 550V, 80V and 360V in sequence. It has an MPPT with a maximum input power of 13A. The inverter is equipped with various safety features. A DC switch, overvoltage protection and an AFCI option.

Growatt MIC 3000TL-X (EU model) inverters have several features that improve safety. The DC side is equipped with reverse polarity protection that prevents current from flowing in the other direction. The DC side also has a switch to turn off the system. Both sides are equipped with surge protection and there is an option for an AFCI.AFCI stands for Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter. This system detects arc faults that are not due to normal use that exceed these parameters and thus trigger the protection device, automatically shutting down the unit. This prevents electrical fires. Another feature is natural convection cooling instead of mechanical. With natural convection cooling, there are no moving parts, which means less maintenance and a lower risk of defects.
